EricSoyun LLC Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please take note of this policy before making your purchase as they are very crucial to your order process.
Domestic & International Shipping : We charge a Calculated Shipping Fee according to your location. Customers can choose the shipping carrier they desires. This price may vary depending on location & custom fee's. Please email us at eric@ericpayne.com if you want to us to add signature requirement for deliver on your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders are processed within 2-6 business days after 2 weeks of production. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. International orders take anywhere from 10-25 business days to arrive to your location. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. *International Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to holidays and weather issues.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ERIC PAYNE (EricSoyun LLC) ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. USPS will be responsible for all PO Box Orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking : You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes : ERIC PAYNE (EricSoyun LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Failure to pay duty & taxes may result in your package to be sent back and will not be attempted to be redelivered.
Damages : ERIC PAYNE (EricSoyun LLC) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If shoes are returned in a condition other in which they are received - Refund will NOT be processed, and you will be charged the full amount without chance of refund.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
