Refund policy
We accept returns, but please be considerate of our return policy. We're a small company and offer small batch, handmade products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please read down below first.
For Returns:
Returns are responsible by the purchaser. We will not cover the cost to return footwear, apparel or accessories back to us, unless there is a defect with the product upon arrival or you have received a product other than which you ordered.
Items being returned must be returned in original condition- unworn (beyond trying on) with tags still attached. Footwear must not show signs of wear beyond trying on.
All return / exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase arrival. Requests after this point will be denied. Returns on Sale items are subjected to a 10% restocking fee automatically.
Please Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on custom orders or collaborations. We define custom order as anything that is not listed for regular purchase on our web-store, i.e. shoes/ other products that have been made by special request, or products we have discontinued to sell regularly. We define collaboration as products made with another brand or designer. Please place these orders with utmost consideration.

Please include the reason for returning the product, with a detailed description of what went wrong with your order so we can assist you the best way possible. Returns are responsible by the purchaser. *Please do not send back the product before email us. Do not send the product to the studio address.*
Refund Process And Timeframe :
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 21 days.
- The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
- Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
- Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-14 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping outside of the United States must be paid by customer. ERIC PAYNE (EricSoyun LLC) is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
